Area Committee Meetings and District Committee Meetings will meet via Zoom until further notice. Below is a listing of the individual Committees and Districts and their respective Zoom meeting IDs. Due to the current changing health situation, many AA meetings across the U.S. and Canada are finding it safer to close. To help members during this time, we are giving everyone free access for a limited period to our 2020 Grapevine (January through May) and La Viña (Jan/Feb through May/June) print issues.
The Convention Committee wishes to extend a thank you to all registrants for your patience in these trying times. The refund process will begin tomorrow for both people who registered online and for those who submitted a check or cash. Given that there were over six hundred(600) registrants at the time of cancellation, it is our expectation that refunds will take us approximately a week to fully complete. Those who registered online will receive an email notiying them that a refund has been issued for their purchase. The refund will be credited to the bank card on file with PayPal for that purchase. Expect the refund to appear on the card three to five days after receipt of the email. Those who paid by check or with cash can expect to receive a check in the mail in approximately seven to ten days.
