Convention Update

The deadline for T-Shirt Online purchases is 12 PM(Noon) on January 8th, 2026. Meal orders will be taken until January 29, 2026. Registration for the 2026 Rhode Island State Convention will close at 12 PM(Noon) on Thursday February 5th, 2026 or as soon as we reach 700 registrations.

Alison H. and the members of the Convention Committee wish to express their gratitude to the entire Area 61 membership for the overwhelming support shown for the 2026 Rhode Island State Convention. You asked us for more hotel rooms and we secured 45 more rooms per night! You reserved all 45 per night in record time! We have met our contractual requirement for hotel rooms! Thank you!

Now it is time to fulfill our meal contractual requirement and fill all of the remaining seats for this great event. Remember! Registration closes when we reach 700 people! Get your meal and don’t miss this great event!

Reminder! Convention Registration closes once we reach 700 registrants. We have already registered over 300 individuals! Special Rate hotel rooms must be reserved by January 16, 2026. There are less than 20 rooms left for Friday night and less than 21 rooms left for Saturday night.

The Convention Committee is seeking volunteers to do service work at the 2026 RI State Convention. If you can be of service as a greeter, would enjoy leading a marathon meeting, want to work at the registration desk, help out in the hospitality room, serve in security or assist with the candle lighting ceremony contact
