*Important Reminders For All Convention Attendees*

All Convention attendees must first go to the Registration desk to pick up a registration packet. The packet will contain a Convention ID badge necessary to enter any Convention meeting or event, meal tickets if purchased and other Convention related material.

Parking at the Municipal Garage may be somewhat limited due to the recent large snowfall here in Rhode Island. Crews are working to remove the large piles of snow that are present. Temperatures remain below freezing and more snow is expected. Plan accordingly. Valet parking at the Marriott is available at $25/day. Carpooling/ride sharing is always an alternative. 

The pick up area will be near the Registration desk and the pick up schedule for those who have prepaid for T-shirts is as follows:

Friday, February 6 –  3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Saturday, February 7  –  8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
