Convention Update

The Convention Hospitality Committee is seeking groups to do service work in two (2) hour time slots at the 2025 RI State Convention. If your group can be of service please contact

Handicap Spaces: All of the free valet passes for handicap parking have been distributed. More handicap parking is available at the nearby municipal parking lot.

Haven’t registered for the RI State Convention yet?

All Convention attendees! The Marriott Hotel gives the Convention Committee 8 free handicap parking passes for valet parking. Those passes are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. There is currently ONE (1) free pass remaining.

All Convention attendees must first go to the Registration desk to pick up a registration packet. The packet will contain a Convention ID badge necessary to enter any Convention meeting or event, meal tickets if purchased and other Convention related material.

Online Registration for the 2023 Rhode Island State Convention will close at 12 PM(Noon) on Thursday, February 8th, 2024.
