All Members! Let Your Voice Be Heard! Proposed Agenda Item (PAI) Submission Form For GSC!

This is an exciting opportunity for your group’s voice to be heard.

All parts of our Fellowship — group meetings, committees, offices, Conferences, and group jobs — share one common purpose: to help the alcoholic who still suffers.

In accordance with our Twelve Traditions, we need a system of communication for finding out how A.A. as a whole feels about its world affairs, and how it wants to operate. The General Service Conference serves as the group conscience for A.A. in the U.S. and Canada.

Follow the link below to use the Proposed Agenda Item (PAI) form to submit your group’s or an individual agenda item.

All submissions should be received on or before September 30, 2024, 11:59 pm.

Submissions that are received after this deadline will be considered for the 2026 General Service Conference.

Grapevine Writing Workshop……………..And More!

  • GRAPEVINE WRITING WORKSHOP!  Area 61’s Grapevine Committee will be holding a Grapevine Writing Workshop on Sunday, October 27, 4-6pm at the Area 61 office. If you’re interested in contributing an article for publication in Grapevine or LaVina, join us to find out how!
  • Are you wondering what to do with your OLD ISSUES OF GRAPEVINE?  Give them to the Grapevine Committee!  Our Grapevine group reps and committee members continue to collect past issues to pass along to newcomers and to others who are AA curious – at meetings and at Area events.  Please contact your group’s Grapevine Representative, or email grapevinechair@aainri.com if you would like to donate old issues.
  • GOT FIVE MINUTES?  We would love to know how Grapevine has enhanced your sobriety.  Please share with us by completing this very brief (anonymous) form.
  • HELP CARRY THE MESSAGE.  The Grapevine Committee is looking for new members and group Grapevine Representatives.  The Committee meets for one hour on the second Monday of every month via Zoom.  Please consider enhancing your sobriety by helping us perform this important twelfth-step work.  For more information, please see the Area 61 Grapevine webpage.
