The Convention Committee is seeking groups who are willing to provide selected food and beverage items at specific times times to keep the 2022 RI State Convention Hospitality Room stocked for the entire event.
The Hospitality Room is a place where anyone can rest between events, catch up with friends and meet new people. Grab some fruit, eat a snack or get a cup of coffee.
The Committee needs multiple groups supplying different items for each time slot. Select a food item from the list below and a time slot from the list below and submit your selections to conventionchair@aainri.com with your group name and contact information. You will be contacted to confirm your selections and provide delivery instructions.
