I am excited to send you this email and let you know that this year’s 34th annual New England Conference of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (NECYPAA34), will be held in picturesque Burlington, Vermont at the DoubleTree Hilton, on January 3-5, 2025.
Our NECYPAA34 Host Committee is working hard to get the word out to New England and beyond, and we need your help.
Let me start off by saying that we define “young” as “young at heart” or “room to grow.” And we all have room to grow, right? Well, we wish to share this amazing conference with anyone who has a desire to be sober. Help us get the word out!
Attached to this email, you will find three flyers that draw attention to NECYPAA34. We have an informational flyer that conveys what NECYPAA is, NECYPAA’s mission, and service opportunities at the conference.
The other two flyers offer a QR code that directs everyone to our website: NECYPAA34.org. We offer options for financial support for hosting the conference such as pre-registration and t-shirt bundles, a 10-pack, bulk pre-registration option designed for groups, meetings, and generous members to share the conference with others through scholarships. And just as important, a link to book one’s hotel rooms for the full NECYPAA34 conference experience.
These small-dollar financial support options available on our website are exactly how our Host Committee pays for this amazing conference; where we project to have 1050 attendees. Every dollar we raise through our pre-registrations, shirt bundles, 10-packs, scholarships, merchandise sales, and pre-registrations go to funding the conference with portions of this revenue going to our hotel contract, food/beverage offerings, snacks for those with little funds, workshops, main speakers, audio video, DJ’s, entertainment, insurance, and so much more.
Please share these flyers within your Area, at FAA’s, to friends and your AA family. We need your help to carry the message. Please also pre-register for the conference yourself and book your hotel room soon, before we sell out;)
